Feel Good. Do Well. Be Yourself.

What would you do if you were not afraid?

Go ahead, think about that question for a minute.

Maybe you would ask for a project at work that's outside of your core area of expertise.

Maybe you would lead with confidence even though you are not sure what to do.

Maybe you would say what you really think or feel, without apologizing or explaining yourself.

Maybe you would simply. stop. second-guessing. yourself. (it's exhausting!)

Think about the possibilities! Are you holding yourself back?

"Confidence is the stuff that turns thoughts into actions"

Testimonies

Last night I attended a monthly leadership event for an organization I am a part of. I walked in with confidence & excitement. One of members complimented me and said " I can see that your confidence has grown, you look great!". Proof positive that YOUR confidence coaching is Awesome! Others can see the results through me and I told them that I had taken your class.

Vera is a fantastic coach and really cares deeply about making a difference in the lives of her clients. She truly is a master and you will get so much clarity and movement in your life. She is a great listener and has the ability to make you move forward and at a higher speed than anticipated. Really powerful stuff! She is very empathetic and shows no judgment. You can totally be yourself since you know you are in very good hands. She is not a friend - not someone who just listens - she is more than that. She challenges, makes you think about what is really important in life. Without her I wouldn't have been able to set up my business at the pace I did and with much more awareness of who I really am. I also know myself much much better now. And this is the start of great learning!

I recently had a chance to attend the six week confidence building program from Vera Fishman’s 360 Confidence. I had no idea what I had gotten myself into, but wow, what a rewarding experience!

First, let me tell you why I signed up to begin with. While one might think this type of a course/practice is for someone with some serious problems, it’s not the case. In fact, I can’t say that I even had confidence problems – you know, nothing major, nothing out of the ordinary. I wasn’t looking for magic makeovers or to address any specific issues. All I wanted was to speak up a little bit more in meetings, be a little bit more assertive at work, or ask for a raise at some point. At first, I thought about Toastmasters, but then decided to try something not so focused on communication skills. A confidence building course sounded perfect.
It turned out to be completely different from what I had expected, and it was better for it. No quick fixes, no shortcuts, but if you do the exercises and try to be honest with yourself – and I did – then this course can help you uncover truly amazing aspects of yourself, and find the inner resources to grow your confidence from within. The group setting provides a natural feedback loop and you benefit greatly from other people’s perspectives, sometime in awesome, unexpected ways.
A couple of words about Vera. She is a warm, energetic individual whose enthusiasm is contagious. She is very good at creating a safe sharing space, at leading the discussion in a way that provokes you to take the next step, and at helping you see a 360 view of yourself.
